The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: CLIENT, 'You' and 'Your' refers to the person accessing the website and associated products, and accepting these Terms and Conditions. PROVIDER shall be the operators of eProfitsdirect.com and providers of SERVICE, SOFTWARE and INFORMATION. SERVICE shall be the website, associated forums and functionality of eProfitsdirect.com and directly associated subdomains. PROVIDER is Platinum eMedia Inc., a U.S. corporation incorporated in the State of Delaware. SOFTWARE shall be any downloadable binary software applications or compilable source code supplied by PROVIDER, via SERVICE. PROVIDER offers no warranty regarding SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION explicitly or implicitly, including but not limited to availability, merchantability, fitness of purpose or infringment of patent or copyright terms. PROVIDER excludes all liability for damages in connection with your use of SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION. This includes, without limitation, costs of replacement, service interruption, failure to detect or repair malware, loss of profits, delays of business, legal or civil judgements arising from your usage of SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION, or any other theory of liability arising from usage, correctly or otherwise of SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION. Payment and Membership Fees
You agree that you will be charged a membership fee of $19.73 every 30 calendar days. Your membership dues will be charged to the credit card or bank account you provided upon creating your account with PROVIDER. You can cancel your membership at any point and your access privileges will be revoked after the expiration of your last paid membership 30 day cycle. You will not be billed further. If you have elected to participate in the quarterly membership billing cycle, you agree you will be charged $59.19 (billed immediately in one payment) every 120 calendar days. You can cancel your membership at any point and your access privileges will be revoked after the expiration of your last paid membership 120 day cycle. You will not be billed further. All transactions and applicable membership fees will appear on your credit card statement as "EPROFITSDIRECT.COM 18775321666".
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Without cause, and at any time, a subscription to the website may be canceled by any of the following parties: the PROVIDER or You, the CLIENT. Said cancellation may take place via any of the following methods: online at PROVER's website, by e-mail, traditional mail, fax, or telephone. If the subscriber requests the cancellation, the applicable subscription fees are normally non-refundable. However, PROVIDER offers a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for both Introductory Offer fees and regular monthly membership fees. PROVIDER will issue refunds to clients who are not completely satisfied with the services offered. Refunds can only be issued if requested by phone or e-mail. If PROVIDER issues a refund, said refund will take place via the same channel used during the original transaction. Refunds will be credited to your credit card on file as will appear as "EPROFITSDIRECT.COM 18775321666".
Delivery Policy
All services, software and information offered by PROVIDER will be delivered exclusively over the Internet inside PROVIDER's secure members area. PROVIDER does not ship any physical goods, including but not limited to CDs, books, DVDs, packs, etc.
Governing Laws
You agree to conform to all governing laws of your jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to know and act in accordance to said laws. Use of provided SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION for purposes illegal in either your jurisdiction or any other under which you may actively or inadvertently act in are completely under your own initiative and PROVIDER will not be held liable for any such action.

PROVIDER is a incorporated in the State of Delaware, the United States of America.
Termination of Access and Usage
PROVIDER reserves the right to terminate at any time, and with no prior notice, CLIENT's access or usage of SERVICE or SOFTWARE. PROVIDER may terminate said access without justification, and will retain any payments remitted to that point to cover administrative costs and related overheads. Termination will be reserved primarily for cases of breach of regulations, rules or law, but may be exercised without need or reference to any given breach by CLIENT.
Data integrity and liability
While every attention has been given to ensure correct operation of SERVICE and SOFTWARE, there will always remain a possibility of corruption, deletion or modification of critical system files or unintended deletion or modification of personal files, contacts and data. PROVIDER will not be held liable for any such case, whether through accidental or intentional usage by you, or through uninteded behaviour of SERVICE or SOFTWARE whether accidental or intentional on the part of PROVIDER or an employee thereof. It is CLIENT's responsibility to maintain backups of important data.
Export Control and Restrictions
PROVIDER will not transact or do business in any way whatsoever with any and all individuals, companies and organizations based in either of the following countries and territories: Burma (formerly Myanmar), Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Pales tinian Territories, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
PROVIDER reserves the right to modify these conditions from time to time as it sees fit, and your continued usage of SERVICE, SOFTWARE or INFORMATION will signify acceptance of any adjusted terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically to ensure your continued familiarity with their contents.
